The Rallying Cry is a small non-profit launched in Nov 2020 to catalyse leadership and finance scaling climate and gender innovation in the African bio-economy. Consulting for the globally dispersed and fully remote team from April 2021 to Oct 2022, I delivered:

  • Design and implementation of customised lean project management methodology

  • Standard Operating Procedure including forms and templates

  • Technology audit and systems configuration, including collaborative tools

  • Content creation, copywriting and vendor management to launch website and social media in time for COP26 events

  • Four successful end-to-end recruitment campaigns, each attracting 750+ applications, including:

    • Developing a campaign budget and plan; Writing diverse hiring strategy, job descriptions, interview questions

    • Screening, shortlisting and giving candidate feedback; Creating a talent pool for future recruitment

    • Coaching panellists and facilitating decision-making; Negotiating offers, contracts and reward packages
